Raw Material:
Luxury scissors buy quality raw material to make scissors, our raw material including steel, buffing, grinding wheels all are imported from different countries to make quality scissors, all of our raw materials we keep in stock. We use material according to customer demands.

Cutting Process:
We cut our raw materials according to product models; we cut our steel on cutting press for accuracy.

Forging Material:
Hand forged the material is quite important process, after cutting process we put the pieces in heat and the put them on the power press hammer for shaping, after shaping we cut the extra metal from the shaped product (normally know as trimming process) . We have over 300 scissors forged models.

Heat Process:
To move forward to need all scissors much smooth for drilling process. Heat process make the scissors smooth and we can easily use for different process.

Drilling Process:
We do different kinds of drilling for our scissors, 4mm, 3mm, fixed screw. Our most running scissor drilling is 4mm with adjustable option. We do our drilling manually with accuracy.

Scissor Middle crafting Process:
After drilling we do hearing treatment on our scissors for temper hardness, after getting good hardness we craft our scissors from inside and outside on grinding wheels. this process include blade Straightening, hallow grinding, ring crafting.
Edge Sharpening:
We sharp our scissors edge in different kind like bevel edge and convex edge, we make our scissors edge manually for more accuracy and long lasting durability. We make our scissors edge in 90 degree. Our scissor is sharp and good enough to cut long. our all scissors are re sharable.

Checking Process:
We check all our scissors before packing. We have expert time of packer and they check scissors carefully. We control our scissors quality and check all the scissors before packing. Our checking area equipped with latest machinery.

Stamping Process:
We put laser marking stamp on our scissors before packing, we also do custom stamping for our scissors for our customers.

Packing Process:
Normally for scissor safety & for best packing we use Leather pouch packing, and one scissor packed in the one leather pouch, But
As per customer demand we use different kind of packing’s, including blister scissor packing.
